Sumter County Divorce Records

The Sumter County circuit court has jurisdiction over domestic relations matters, and this includes dissolution of marriage (legal separation and divorce). Sumter County divorce records may be obtained through the county court clerk. Copies of divorce decrees may only be available to the parties who have filed for the divorce or their legal representatives.
